Thanks for the response, i re-surveyed today ; the gate you refer is here : node/12009256097 , comming from way/73491802 there is no signs or gate to restrict access ; i have set way/28179985 with access=customers and removed the restriction to the accessible roads.

The fact is that Coordination Senne initialy put position of the spring on a "google map" on a wrong position and Bruxelles environnement copy that information on their map.

I have made multiple survey about spring in Brussels and in that case (and another ones) , just copy position without ground verification is simply a mistake because leefmilieu spring layer is a first phase of data that is not precise.

You can go there and check that there is no spring on the place you refer and there is 2 springs on the gardens. All this is detailled on the note and you have also panoramax and mapillary to prove that.

As i sugested in the note comment if you look on the coardination senne map you can see that they put the spring on the appartements building not on the street you refer. (still not correct but a warning to indicate there is a problem in the map)

The position i made is precise and based on osm.wiki/Ground_truth

It's a little painy that you add thinks without ground verification and when someone fix your mistakes you sound obligated to add comments without further verification , moreovere when users take time to fully documented their changesets.

Petit complément d'information :

En Belgique les bâtiments sont dessinés ou importé ssur base d'une imagerie numérique fournit par les régions, en l’occurrence UrbisAdmin pour Bruxelles.

Vous avez modifié la géométrie d'un grand nombre de building sur la rue Rue Molensteen alors qu'ils étaient correct. Merci de ne pas dessiner de building à partir d'image aérienne car il y a une distorsion. https://osmcha.org/changesets/152740688

Pour ce chemin : way/1292743138/ en ajoutant bicycle=yes foot=yes ça veut dire que les routers vélo ou piétons vont autoriser le passage hors ça ne semble pas correct : https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=1198077914900385

- The main Road is on public land (not cadastred in https://eservices.minfin.fgov.be/ecad-web/#/)

From where came this name "Hôtel" ? In wikidata the name is from 2017 "Ancien atelier et maison du peintre Parmentier" and unchanged since today by you.

I can not find a reference that describe this building by this name ; can you give a source ? In any case the name of the heritage classification should be at least indicated.

Are you aware of this : https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines I can't find the documentation on the OSM wiki about your organised edits. Can you provide us that and if not regulize the situation ?

For the edit itself :

Can you clarified witch website you reffer ? You mentionned you don't copy it but you realy play on words ...
So how do you have determine the levels of footway, steps, elevator etc ?
Also for this object (for exemple) way/1266853802 how do you determine the orientation and globaly the position inside the terminal ?

Changeset discussion is "to discuss a changeset which seems problematic with the user who added it" not to ask something that came after and also not to ask "can someone" make a change because you don't know how to do.

Please as other user already ask you , refrain your comments if you don't understand correctly how OSM work.

Please leave a note with the information you have and local community will do the change. That's the good way to ask a change on the map.

Il est indiqué ici : https://www.anderlecht.be/fr/securisation-des-abords-des-ecoles-scherdemael-p14-et-du-petit-scherdemael-m22 que les rues seront en SUL (sens unique limité) si c'est effectivement le cas sur le terrain, il faudrait ajouter oneway:bicycle=no pour ne pas fausser le routage vélo.

There is a problem with this edit and the previous one :
- You add https://imgur.com/pFB1PL8 indicating you are the author of this image and licenced under the https://creativecommons.org/public-domain/cc0/ But this image is a copy from https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=311881591750333 witch is licenced under https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ That’s clearly a licence violation as you don’t share alike and you give a wrong attribution. Can i ask you to correct this on imgur or remove the image ?
- Mapillary key : correct format is numerical mapillary=* not the complete url. The use of this numerical key is a concensus on the community and if you want to add a complete url fill free to use other key but please don’t use it for mapillary=* because that’s break data format for data consumers and scripting analysis.

I don't find information for visbeek (the name) can you share your source ?

I listen the argument to promote discussion to tag this as picnic_table but :

- Most of other Havel's Place are tagued as bench , some artwork or memorial , i didn't find any picnic.
- Wiki is clear : "Use leisure=picnic_table, if it is a picnic_table and only a picnic_table." see leisure=picnic_table
- As data user of this poi when i travel , i expect (as many others) to find a place to picnic, meaning eating , drinking and have a little place to prepare ; here it's not the case at all ; imagine a family searching a place and find 2 benchs ...

For the technical problem (the base on osm : one object one taging scheme) what's the reason of changing the v1 ? For me it was perfectly mapped , no reason to include more error in the database ; i suggest to restore to v1.
