Description: The 161,000-square-foot center, which houses up to 600 people per night, is the largest Salvation Army multi-use facility in North Texas and the world. Every year, thousands of people find the spiritual and practical help they need to change their lives at The Salvation Army Carr P. Collins Social Service Center.
The cooling stations are open Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-10AM anytime the heat index reaches 100 degrees and above. The Overnight Warming Station is open when the temperature reaches 32° at night.
