Ta ulica nosi nazwę Mieczysława Fogga, a nie Banacha. Banacha dobiega prostopadle do granicy miasta. Fogga jest ulicą graniczną i ciągnie się wzdłuż granicy miasta od 3 Maja do Legionów Polskich. Póki co jest to droga gruntowa.
