South of this building, about 300' there are 3 buildings, betwixt the two parallel paths/roads, heading East. Those three buildings are part of the group of buildings rented by Andrew Smith & Sons, as is the building marked as 159.

Currently a pile of rubble - and projected to become a new boarding house c.2024.
