The house number does not exist. To the left there a boutique, to the right is an empty building.

The exact position of the peak does not fit to the position on Wikipedia (geo:-49.292917,-73.098544) nor to the contour lines on OsmAnd.
Unfortunately, I am not able to climb it to confirm the correct position, at the moment at least ;)

The fast food store cannot be found from the outside, maybe its inside the hostel?

This parking lot is split by a gate at the position of this note. The west part is public but costs 5€ per day, the east part is for free but reserved for clients of the boat rental service.

These are two separate spots. The left (near the street) is for hikers, the right one is apparently reserved for hotel/restaurant guests. (The third one, already separated, is also only for guests)
