Merci oui c'est vrai, je voulais faire plutôt des changesets localisés [et me suis laissé embarqué à corriger :)] mais je vois que je me suis encore fait avoir lorsque je décoche la réutilisation du chengeset c'est quand même le même.

Et sinon pour les marques je vais recroiser avec les SIRET et/ou sites internet. :)

I understand your point about the comments. I am using the Osmose tool http://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/en/ and it re-use the same changeset again and again the same day I don't know how to split it by type of correction and smaller geographical area in order to be more meaningfull. When I am not correcting errors with Osmose I am well describing the changesets. See :

Hi SomeoneElse, I have just corrected a typo error on the fixme=* tag. It was recorder as "Fixme" with a capital letter. I think that previous contributors listed in the "Way History" could give you an answer to your request.

The amenity=bank;atm tag is discribed on the wiki osm.wiki/Bank as a "Common Tagging Mistake" so I have assumed that it had been discussed.
If i am wrong, I will revert this changeset.

I added the building:level on the building way/31587258 before you reverted it.
Don't see any level indication on the toilets POI wikipage : amenity=toilets?uselang=en
