The extensive 361 sq. km. green area starting on the left is the Gatineau Park. It is managed by the National Capital Commission, based in Ottawa. It is neither a National Park nor a Provincial Park. But some openstreetmaps I have seen refer to it as the "Gatineau Provincial Park" but this is not correct. That phrase should simply be "Gatineau Park".

Road between Chemin Scott to left and the first parking lot intersection to right is a narrow semi-grassy one-lane affair so there is an old but unofficial one-way sign pointing westward.
(This contrasts to the other-direction one-lane just northwest of Biscotti as I had also left a note on for too)
