I wouldn't classify this as holiday home. They rent individual rooms (each with bathroom) and have a common public room (but no kitchen/restaurant) and a reception. Looks more like a Pension to me.

Currently no basin visible and a sign that due to hot water well construction the hot tubs are temporarily closed.
