Cycle route "Tanumshede-Grebbestad": piece missing here?

Can anyone confirm that these "Chaussée de Bruxelles" should keep the "acces:no" tag in both ways?

The nearby N5 had the "acces:no" tag as well, which cleary was not correct. (I changed that, see: changeset/32704699).
