Ways appear misaligned to streets shown in BING.

TIGER import line geometries are misaligned here.

The Tiger 2012 data is a bit date. Unsure what name of the road segment represented by this way is. Also am unsure if the ways connecting this way to the Harvey Tunnel are links or regular secondary ways

Did some unbraiding of ways that had membership to route relations. Received some warnings in JOSM regarding role verification problems. Not sure how to handle them. Please look!

Removed ways that do not represent roadways shown in BING. However, in BING it appears that there is construction activities in the area. Unfortunately the BING imagery is dated (circa 2011), so I ask if anyone can scout the area to see what the roads are like, that'd be appreciated.

I'd do it, but I'm not local to the MD Area.
