Duplicate tags here for Tradewinds Complex. If the surface parking lot is for Tradewinds, then the non-physical tags on the apartment building should be moved to the grounds. If it's for the office complex, the grounds should be removed and all tags put on the building. Also if Complex isn't part of the name, it should be removed.

The section of trail north of the junction looks like it should be foot-traffic only (and that's how it was marked previously), but I saw horseshoe prints in the mud when I was there today.

Trail gets steeper from here up to the top

Sign for Dale's Trail is still here, but it's totally overgrown, both here and where it allegedly connects at the bottom of the hill.

Not clear if it's just overgrown right now and will be cleared again later.

If there is a trail here, it's very steep and overgrown
