No small building here. 2 parking spaces. Probably 2 cara mapped as a building.

Curbside pickup and in-store pickup are here. Not sure how to map those.

Definitely taller than 4.7m. Maybe the repair shop part that's only 1 level is 4.7m, but there's a full level above the 7-11 shop.

Double-check spelling: Spreckles or Spreckels?

If the houses on this lot are taller than 1 level, the height tags are wrong.

Shadows on bing imagery & local knowledge of floorplans in this area suggest they're at least 2 levels.
