From this point to the southwest end, the roof is gone and only the walls are standing. To the northeast, it's still an active retail building with open restaurants and shops.

New 5 level (plus staircase to roof, so maybe 6?) building going in, probably apartments

Installing new signal buttons, looks like the same as at Sepulveda/Marine, which would mean not just the arrows (already installed on the SW and SE corners) but audio and vibration as well.

Does the walking path connect to the sidewalk here?

What's in this circle? Statue? Sculpture? Drinking fountain?

For Lease sign on building. Instagram says they've moved to 600 PCH. Presumably that's 600 North (at Agate), not 600 South (at Sapphire), since 600 South is a tiny building with lots of steps that wouldn't be suitable for a bike shop. Need to confirm, then copy the tags over.
