The German wiki is pretty clear on that topic: "A bicycle route is a chain of paths that is identified by a continuous marking as a bicycle route."
The English and French wiki also say in the first sentence: "Cycle routes or bicycle route are named or numbered or otherwise signed routes."
So apparently being signposted is the main criteria for a bike route.

The streets are signed with the traffic sign DE:242 (osm.wiki/File:Zeichen_242_(old_number).svg), which means they are highway=pedestrian. They have been placed for Landesgartenschau 2022 and may also remain after the Landesgartenschau is over.

Hello, I couldn't find any clue of the route in the part between the Black Forest and the Rhine. Is it even waymarked at all? If not, OSM would be the wrong place for this route.

Die Fläche, die ich eingetragen habe stellt ja auch die gesamte Baustelle dar, wo später neben dem Gebäude auch die Parkplätze etc. entstehen. Von daher passt das meiner Meinung nach.

Das fertige Gebäude/der Supermakrt heißt dann vermutlich wieder "E-Center". Aber an der Baustelle war ein Schild mit der Aufschrift "Neubau E-Center".

Danke fürs Kontaktieren, habe die Namen korrigiert. Ändern muss man den Namen in allen Relationen, die von dem Wegweiser ausgehen und am Knotenpunkt an der Wegkreuzung, wo der Name als lwn_name getaggt ist.

Hab ich was an einem Wegweiser gelöscht? Wenn ja, war es höchstens aus versehen...
Refs stehen an den SWV-Wegweisern entweder auf der Rückseite der Wegweiserschilder oder vertikal auf der Vorderseite entlang der schwarzen Balken.

Bitte schau etwas genauer hin, wenn du die Marken-Vorlagen im iD-Editor verwendest. Du hast schon des öfteren die Vorlage des Dänischen Nettos mit dem Hundeloge verwendet, obwohl es den in BW gar nicht gibt. Stattdessen handelt es sich hier um Netto Marken-Discounts.
