This boardwalk appears to be cut off from public access (wooden fence blocks the path to get to it).

The structure may still be physically there (you can't see it from the entrance of the path), but should it be removed from the map?

There is some nameing mixup here. This stretch of road is called "Wintergrace Avenue". Looks like it was extended as construction was done. It's a nice T intersection now to Craftsman. No need for the curve.
