Location of land area and building footprint may need to be adjusted. I guessed where the corner points should be.

Road cross drain. I don't know the current status, if a culvert was built, or creek / drain relocated or what.

IBM does rent some buildings, all or mostly on the east side of the campus.

The building is currently being demolished.

Don't know how to classify Chapter Aesthetic Studio. Maybe this type of business / category should be added?
