unclear why university relation: relation/15635086 was marked with the "was" lifecycle tag since as far as i can tell its still in operation enrolling for the 25-26 academic year... anyway in addition to this there does seem to be a need for clean up to remove incorrect amenity=school tags on campus structures/land and removal of duplicate amenity=university tags on areas already covered by this relation see changeset comment here: changeset/134041558

I doubt the tower for KPOO is actually located here: node/358814623 if actual location is known suggest moving this poi to the correct location.

looks like there are multiple overlapping military landuse polygons at this base, suggest simplify what can be simplified to reduce duplication and overlaps, possibly also use a relation for disconnected polygons?
