Building seems to be entirely vacant. It would be worth tracking down the new inspections office in the meantime.

Per their website, Porchlight has an address at 306 North Brooks Street (maybe just their office headquarters), and an address at 2002 Zeier Road.

This location shows up in their history on the "About Us" page. However, it would be worth checking in with folks at the church to see if this particular location is still relevant, since I see no indication any Porchlight operations are still conducted here.

Crossing way is tagged as crossing=uncontrolled even though there are crossing=traffic_signals nodes. I suspect the "uncontrolled" is from a previous configuration, and didn't get updated.

The cross streets of East Washington Avenue here are styled as 1st Street, 4th Street, etc. here on OSM. I know at the very least that the stops with BRT stations are signed on the ground in a "spelled out" way, e.g. First Street, Fourth Street. I'm not sure whether this applies to every single one of the "numeric" cross streets or just the major ones. I'm also not sure whether OSM has a specific set of best practices for preferring numbers vs words vs just replicating exactly what's signed
