Demolition appears to be underway for the planned "Topgolf" facility. I believe this is to be roughly bounded by Engel Street, Gisholt Drive, S Towne Drive, W Broadway, and WPS Drive. However, some streets may be reoriented or removed in favor of parking lots.

Local news reports that Forage Kitchen is set to move in to the 1896 E Washington unit (formerly Starbucks, currently a vacant node), with construction starting September 2026 and opening in early 2027.

Building seems to be entirely vacant. It would be worth tracking down the new inspections office in the meantime.

Local news article (Isthmus) states that a new restaurant is in-the-works, to be located in 336 W Lakeside, currently the site of Cronometro.

The RRFB crossing here is disconnected from the Brittingham Park Bike Path.

This spur off of the Southwest Bike Path should fully connect to the Findorff Court way.

There's a new-ish segment here I biked on this Saturday, connecting the N/S path with the E/W one so that a cyclist doesn't have to take the very sharp corner just West of here.
