This Access Road is actually 123rd Street, on the Johnson County Plat Map (maps.jocogov.org)

In order to see street names on the county GIS system you need to open the Other layer folder, Transportation layer folder, and enable the "Street" layer, otherwise you only see the google maps overlay which calls this "access road" as well.

I removed a conditional no_left_turn restriction from Park Ave S to East 24th, no corresponding signage visible. Survey to double-check in case imagery is out of date.
