They should be removed or remapped as ways tagged as a driveway (service=driveway).

This area is not landuse=brownfield since it was never developed. It was used for mining operations and should probably be mapped with lifecycle tags of disused:* and/or disused=yes.

I don't think this was a landuse=quarry but maybe it was?
