I plan to fix the Sandario speed limits soon. Looks like they were put in as km/h but need to be mph. The values also may be old since the speeds are not 45 or 50 in this area. Off the top of my head it is 40 through Picture Rocks, 45 outside of it, and maybe 35 near the school and roundabout, but I will log where they start and stop next time I drive it then send the appropriate edits.

Speed limit is 25 mph. Still learning how to modify osm. Hoping to correct it myself.
