The tag leisure=horse_riding is for complete riding centres and not for arenas or other things that may belong to a riding centre. Arenas should be tagged with leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian. In JOSM you use the preset for sport=equestrian.

We have a tag for places where horseback riders can temporarily stay overnight with their horses: tourism=trail_riding_station . I wonder why this is not used for such horse camps, not only in this case, but apparently in many others as well. Was there a discussion about this? Or is it because Carto doesn't render this tag?
