leisure=horse_riding could possibly be a proper tag for 'pendor stables' (the whole faclility, not just one building). See also:

way/1368108899 is not a horse a riding centre. It is probably the outdoor arena described on https://www.arkenfieldstables.co.uk/facility-hire. In OSM such riding arenas are usually tagged with leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian.

Maybe way/1368108902 is a small riding arena too; I don't know. Or perhaps it is something else (paddock?).

I have the impression that you very often tag areas that are normally tagged as leisure=pitch + sport=* as leisure=sports_centre + sport=* instead, e.g. soccer pitches, basketball courts, baseball fields, riding / rodeo arenas, tennis courts.
leisure=sports_centre, however, is for larger facilities, which often include several different sports fields, stands, buildings, etc.

On leisure=sports_centre it says: “Note, a single leisure=pitch is not usually a sports center, leisure=sports_centre is for significant facilities. For example single soccer pitch in a park is not a sports center.”

As mentioned, sometimes such sports fields are located within a sports center, the sports center itself can then be tagged with leisure=sports_centre. Example: way/436751622 (Complejo Deportivo “El Cuartillo”) in Spain.

If you tag the sports fields as pitches instead of sports centers, this also has the advantage when editing that there are different presets for the most common types of sports fields. For example, if you want to map a soccer field, you can simply search for “soccer field”, select this preset and the tag sport=soccer will be added automatically. If you then select such a soccer field, you can immediately see that it is a soccer field without having to look for the sport=* tag.

I have seen, that you have retagged all the buildings of the farm from building=* to leisure=horse_riding (changeset/163505278). This was a bad idea, imho, because
1. a building is a building and not a horse riding centre
2. every building must have a building tag, otherwise it is not rendered as a building
3. every horse riding centre should be represented by only one OSM object (node or area) and not by multiple objects, see leisure=horse_riding#When_not_to_use

For different kinds of buildings we have different building tags, e.g. building=stable, building=riding_hall, ...

If you mean the OSM Carto map (so-called Standard tile layer): The tiles on high zoom levels are rerendered very quickly (often in less than a minute), the other tiles may take some hours. But to see them quickly in the browser you have to update the browser cache (with Contl + F5 on Windows).
