way/1306340688 and way/1306340705 don't look like riding centres either. I don't know what these areas are. If they are pastures they can be tagged landuse=meadow + meadow=pasture, see osm.wiki/Riding
Please use the tag leisure=horse_riding only once for every riding centre, see leisure=horse_riding#When_not_to_use

To tag a new riding arenas in JOSM you can use the preset for "jezdecky sport, there the default type is "jezdecka arena".

You have removed the tag building=yes from way/472335582 (and replaced it with leisure=horse_riding). This was not a good idea because now this building is no longer rendered as a building on the map. If the building is an indoor riding arena you can use tag building=riding_hall instead of building=yes. The tag leisure=horse_riding is not for indoor arenas, it is for the whole riding centre, like here: way/1159188272 or here: node/8108592238.

Roundpens werden üblicherweise so wie Reitplätze getaggt (leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian), also so wie der größere Reitplatz direkt daneben: way/690935717 .
Das Tag leisure=horse_riding (für Reitanlagen) hättest du stattdessen der Römerhof-Fläche hinzufügen können. Hier ist ein Beispiel aus der Gegend, wo das so gemacht wurde: way/287306110

But this object is a building and not a horse riding centre, so it should have a building=* tag. If it is an indoor arena (for horse riding) you can use building=riding_hall .
