Wenn es eine Reithalle ist, dann kannst du building=riding_hall verwenden, aber ohne ein Gebäude-Tag erscheint das Objekt nicht als Gebäude auf der Karte. Das Tag leisure=horse_riding ist für komplette Reitanlagen und nicht für einzelne Reithallen, siehe osm.wiki/DE:Tag:leisure=horse_riding und way/685495941#map=18/53.06716/8.69788&layers=P (Beisoiel)

way/1286281583 ist nur ein Reitplatz und keine Reitanlage (Reiterhof, Reitstall). Reitplätze werden in OSM üblicherweise mit leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian getaggt, Beispiel: way/527072998. Wenn der Reitplatz zu einer Reitanlage gehört, kann man die Reitanlage als zusätzliches Objekt (Knoten oder Fläche) mappen; Beispiel: way/477856004. Vgl. osm.wiki/DE:Tag:leisure=horse_riding

I think, for a rodeo arena the tagging leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian would be more appropeiate. Example
way/702162073; the iD editir recognizes this area as "Horseback Riding / Rodeo Arena". In JOSM you can use the preset for "Equestrian Sport" to set these tags. See also leisure=horse_riding

die Reithalle ist keine Reitanlage (leisure=horse_riding). Die Reitanlage ist die ganze Anlage way/1285104305; / https://fenwick-farm.de/ ; die hast du ja selbst als Reitanlage gemappt. Es hat keinen Sinn, eine kleine Reitanlage innerhalb einer großen zu mappen. Vgl. Wiki.

The tag leisure=horse_riding is not a building tag. You have removed building=house from way/1226912053, Therefore this building is no longer rendered as a building. The tag leisure=horse_riding is for the whole area of a riding centre, like here: way/438965728. Compare leisure=horse_riding.

way/1282847262 is not a riding centre, it is a riding arena (see http://kashiwa-rc.jp/, http://kashiwa-rc.jp/images/head_img05.jpg). In OSM riding arenas are usually tagged leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian. In JOSM you can use the preset for sport=equestrian to do that. The tag leisure=horse_riding should be used for the whole riding centre (in this case it can probably be added to way/472634113). Compare leisure=horse_riding and way/1216574681 (example).
