Ansatzweise. sport=equestrian sollte man nicht ohne ein "physisches Tag" verwenden, also bein Reitplatz: sport=equestrian + leisure=pitch; area=yes brauchr man dann nicht wei pitche immer areas sind. (Das ganze ist vielleicht etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber es hat sich halt (leider) seit OSM-Urzeiten so entwickelt.)

was heißt denn hier "Korrektur"? Der Reitplatz war so getaggt wie andere Reitplätze auch und ein Reitplatz ist keine Reitanlage/kein Reiterhof im Sinne von osm.wiki/DE:Tag:leisure=horse_riding

way/1240892116 and way/1240892117 look like riding arenas and not like riding centres (leisure=horse_riding). Also it does not make sense to map one arena inside of another. In OSM riding arenas are usually tagged leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian and iD has a preset for them that does that.

way/1240589249 does not look like a riding center (leisure=horse_riding), it looks more like a riding arena, I think. In OSM riding arenas are usually tagged leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian. In JOSM you can add these tags with the preset for sport=equestrian ("Equestrian Sport").

Are you sure that way/60851728 is an equestrian center? You have changed it from leisure=track to leisure=horse_riding, but in bing etc. it looks more like a track to me. Maybe it should just have sport=equestrian instead of sport=multi (?), I don't know.

way/1239464430 and way/1239464431 are no riding centres (leisure=horse_riding), they are riding arenas. In OSM riding arenas are usually tagged leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian and iD has a separate preset for them.
The riding centre to which these arenas belong can/should be mapped as a sepatare object (area or node) representing the whole centre; this object may then get the tag leisure=horse_riding, examples;

Hi,
hier hast du das Tag leisure=horse_riding ("Reitanlage") einmal für den Reiterhof Schmiemann und dann nochmal für die Reithalle von dem Reiterhof verwendet. Das ist nicht so sinnvoll weil dann möglicherweise an der Stelle zwei Reitanlagen auf manchen Karten erscheinen obwohl es in Wirklichkeit ja nur eine gibt. Ich würde das horse_riding-Tag von der Reithalle entfernen und contact/facebook/phone/website an die Gesamtfläche von dem Reiterhof Schmiemann verlegen. Das würde dann prinzipiell so aussehen wie z.B. bei way/687284438. Vgl. osm.wiki/DE:Tag:leisure=horse_riding#Wann_nicht_verwenden

Ich habe gesehen, dass bei dir in der Gegend das Tag leisure=horse_riding öfters an Gebäuden verwendet wurde. Dafür ist es aber nicht gedacht und global kommt das glücklicherweise auch eher selten vor, siehe https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/leisure=horse_riding#combinations

Thanks. In this case maybe "riding cemter" wasn't wrong. Is it https://www.yelp.com/biz/griffith-park-horse-rentals-glendale ? Maybe you can add some additional tags like name=*, description=*, website=* and/or operator=* so that one can get an idea what it is without visiting it.

You have tagged the building leisure=horse_riding but each building should have a building tag, otherwise it will not be rendered as a building on the maps. If the building is an indoor arena you can use building=riding_hall and the iD editor has a preset for that.
The tag leisure=horse_riding is for complete riding centres (and not for buildings). In this case the riding centre seems to be https://www.facebook.com/p/Chiverton-Riding-Centre-100056007231652/. I would recommend to map it with a separate object (area or node), e.g. like way/1008067851 (Eccleston Equestrian Centre or node/4920681807 (Eborlands Equestrian Centre)

Each building should have a building tag, otherwise it will not be rendered as a building on the maps. If the building is an indoor arena you can use building=riding_hall and the iD editor has a preset for that.
The tag leisure=horse_riding is for a complete riding centre (not for just some of it's buildings); in this case it is represented by way/351529199 (Colraine Equestrian Centre) with leisure=sports_centre + sport=equestrian, which is an alternative tagging.

way/1237585347 sieht aus wie ein Reitplatz und nicht wie eine Reitanlage im Sinn von osm.wiki/DE:Tag:leisure=horse_riding. Reitplätze werden in OSM normalerweise mit leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian getaggt und das kann man in JOSM mit dem Preset für sport=equestrian ("Pferdesport") machen.

For different building types we have different building tags, e.g. building=stable, building=riding_hall, building=barn, ...
The tag leisure=horse_riding is for the whole area of a riding centre (and not for some buildings of it).

You have retagged this object from a building to a riding stables (leisure=horse_riding). Therefore it is no longer rendered as a building on the map. But it looks like a building on Bing. If it is a stable building you can tag it building=stable (and there is also a preset for that in iD).

The tag leisure=horse_riding shall be used for the whole facility. I would recommend to add a separate object (area or node) for this whole facility .

And way/816835472 doesn't seem to be a riding stables either, it looks like a riding arena and should be tagged leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian (and there is also a preset for that in iD).

way/1236310825 ist nur ein Reitplatz und müsste mit leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian getaggt werden. Das kann man in JOSM mit dem Preset für sport=equestrian machen. Das Tag leisure=horse_riding gehört an das Gesamtgelände way/604233409.
