In OSM werden Reitplätze üblicherweise mit leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian getaggt, so wie z.B. way/1026792395 (von dir früher auch schon verwendet). Paddocks kann man z.B. mit osm.wiki/DE:Tag:landuse=animal_keeping taggen.

In JOSM kann man Reitplätze mit dem Preset "Pferdesport" taggen (wird leider nicht gefunden wenn man nach "Reitplatz" sucht).
