This location is the Highwood Centre. The geolocation of the Highwood Centre on Instagram is incorrect, even though the address is correct. Is there a way to change the geolocation to the correct location? When visiting the Highwood Centre's Instagram page, you can see the correct address. When viewing a post with the tagged location of the Highwood Centre, the geolocation appears approximately 2 km away. Not sure what to do so reaching out to other mappers to try and fix it!

For some reason North Hill don't actually state that this is a dentist's. It is.
The professional offices are upstairs and this one is particularly hard to find, being around every corner in the place.
