I’ve reverted this edit as in hindsight there was little justification for it. I felt that some areas were over-classified as a village when they had very low population.

I could not see any construction going on on the satellite and have been here in the last year or so and nothing was happening - I assumed the area may have been marked as construction wrongly - is this incorrect?
