Lakeside Place, after this point is a private club with an inaccessible fence that says you need a membership card to enter, so should be left off Wandrer.

I found this path, south of this point to the end of the path to be inaccessible because it was fenced off, and said no trespassing, so I think it should be removed from Wandrer for cycling purposes.

To the south of this mark, this dotted line is fenced off for a private business and is not accessible to the general public, so it should not be included in Wandrer for cyclist riding.

Private Road for College of Mount Saint Vincent

The rest of the path beyond this point to the north is blocked by overgrowth, a large mound of debris, and full grown trees. I found it to be impassible, unless I walked into a swamp, so in my opinion should be removed from Wandrer for cycling purposes.
