no, is marked as disused because LEGALLY is still active. i know what wikipedia says bcs i wrote it (with two other active user, they know well about the railway) lol

no the one u linked is legally disused (officially deactivated in 1983), so not valid any longer as railway. in this case (cibali) is just "suspended"

i think is not necessary/correct to map this in this way. also if the line is unused is still illegal to walk there
