sorry if i ask but what is your source of information? and why would you suppose if some are "planned" to remove them? the docking station exists since the previous sharing method (that is now changing) but most of them are still on the ground.

here the same, i think that (at least some of) the bike parking (racks) are still on the ground. so instead of removing the node i think you should put "disused:" before the amenity key and specify properly the rest

no the one u linked is legally disused (officially deactivated in 1983), so not valid any longer as railway. in this case (cibali) is just "suspended"

i think is not necessary/correct to map this in this way. also if the line is unused is still illegal to walk there
