This should not be simply mapped as highwy=path. Although the entrance on the south (Burgos) side is not physically blocked, the tunnel is unlit and submerged in water. Passing through it would be an adventurous, wet, and dark expedition, if not physically blocked somewhere away from the south entrance. With highway=path, routing engines will route people through it and this shouldn't be. I'm not sure what the correct way to tag it would be, but maybe someone with deeper knowledge of OSM can come up with something appropriate.

A 4×4 quad trail between here and Nuuk was completed in 2021, see https://travel.stackexchange.com/a/175910/2509 for a map and links in that post for more information. This quad trail is not visible in the latest satellite imagery yet (either the imagery is too old or the trail is too faint). The trail is drawn on https://listservices.dataforsyningen.dk/#/map/WMS/wms/gl_aabent_land but I don't know if the license allows to copy this.
