De gemeente heeft de camping Marshoeve in Loenen gekocht. De bedoeling is om de grond te gebruiken voor woningbouw en natuur. De camping ligt tegen de dorpskern van Loenen aan, en is daarmee een geschikte locatie voor nieuwe woningen en natuurgebied. De komende tijd werken we verder uit hoe de gronden precies worden ingevuld.

Het is een bekende historische naam vanwege een voormalig hotel en zou kunnen worden toegevoegd als old_name=Huize Avion
