Na tej drodze do budynku nie ma schodów, wejście jest na poziomie chodnika, bez utrudnień dla niepełnosprawnych, natomiast schody są po obu jego bokach, i chyba są dla obsługi budynku, bo nic nie wskazuje, że petent miałby tam czegoś szukać.
