If the buildings are unused, but there are any ruins in the reality, you may use ruins:*=* or abandoned:*=* See more on osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix

I made some changes. If way/160244719/ really is not passing behind the building at the moment, you could remove it or add "was:" prefix in front of "highway". Same for way/1474341371. Because the last one still appears on satellite images. But it should be connected to any road.

I saw you deleted several buildings that might not exist at this moment. But if they still appear on satellite images, it's better to use prefix "demolished" in front of "building". See demolished:=** for more. The most recent imagery photos for this bounding box might be since 2022, but there is a probability for some mapper to re-add them. You also deleted a track, but left way/160244719/. If it still exist, it should be connected to any way. I'd connect to way/141245157/.

Здравей! По-правилно е да е place=hamlet, защото в селото има 8 души население към края на 2024 г. Пише го в уикипедия. Това е различно от гара Орешец. А според wiki.osm.org Use place=hamlet for an isolated settlement, typically with less than 100-200 inhabitants, although this may vary by country.
