Somewhere round here there should be the ruins of Towyfeccan farm (not sure about the spelling). The last time I saw it was in the early 1960s. The roof was still on, but likely to collapse fairly soon. Some of the upstairs floors had already gone.

This is now fenced off both sides. There was NO advance warning notices about any of these changes or the building work. I walk the area at least once every week.

There used to be a public footpath from here to North Dane Way where that dog-leg is by the electric pylon.
No information at the time it was blocked off about its future status :(

This appears to be a newly created path, fenced on both sides (presumably to replace one that has been closed.

This path is fenced both sides and follows a long abandoned road.

The road has been closed here for about 3 years, due to subsidence caused by mining. The company went bankrupt many years ago, and there are still arguments as to who should take responsibility :(

This is a listed structure, but is in very poor condition, and liable to collapse if nothing is done about it :(
