I do most of my mapping on StreetComplete and the OSM website (via the iD editor). For rapid building creation and advanced offline editing, I use JOSM. For finer editing on-location, Every Door is what I like.

I’m currently gathering data for OSM use (through surveys, largely), hence the recent drop in the activity chart. That should go back up soon!
