Core paths indicate there should be a way to reach the parking (NW) from the farm path (SE).

Walk Wheel Cycle Trusts own data show NCN 766 travelling along Maltings Road/Beatty Crescent rather than Overton Road as currently mapped. Is there a particular reason for this? Is there any local signage to verify either route?

Small MTB trails here

Path running through forest was noted to not exist when surveyed in 2017, I surveyed the area in 2024 and concur the path appears to be largely non-existent. I checked this path from the East though, so trail visibility might be better if starting from the West end ofthe path. I've tagged the path as abandoned for now unless someone else can verify otherwise.

This section of track will be closed for essential coastal works between 1st Nov 2025 and 31st March 2026. Survey to verify exact boundaries on the ground.
