This was the Hop Pole pub, still has a Market Street address (though no such street is in OSM, the Market Hall also retains a Market Street address). Demolition of the former pub is due to start 14/01/2019

According to today's paper the former Equity House is being converted to 67 flats - just about finished with first residents due to move in next week. Development has been renamed "Station Square". Survey to confirm when complete, and landuse will also need amending to residential.

Today's Gazette suggests Heavenly Desserts is in former Saffron Building Society building from December 15. Their website lists the address as 5 High Street https://heavenlydesserts.co.uk/our-stores/

Today's paper says Specsavers in Long Wyre Street has expanded into formerly vacant adjacent unit and now reopened. I'm guessing it is on the west side of the street which seems to be unmapped, shop-wise.
