Is this end of Leeds railway station a railway owned building or just a walk through under an office block?

Is this recreation ground a part of the adjacent school? (this whole area is a hotchpotch pointlessly split relations - so confusing, why do people do it?)

Is this building all 'train station' or used as offices/private residents?

This can't be a building, so what is it?.

Are these two recreation grounds part of the school? If so they should be included within the boundary.
