This should be a path, it does not qualify as a road anymore based on my on site survey.

I can do a quick cleanup by the end of tomorrow on the geometry and then see what to be done next.

I removed the trail related tags because I spot several issues. I did not delete anything, but:

The trail is a poorly drawn segment that was substantially converted from an abandoned railway by a banned troll NE2. This “trail” never has correct geometries and it introduces several issues:

1. Trespasses private family home properties (eapecially SR-706 @ SR-167), potentially more.
2. Does not have a good alignment with the ground based on PEMA imageries, also questionable in some areas.
3. Eventually it connects to Sunbury Line, that means you are encouraging hikers to trespass Norfolk Southern properties. A rail trail should not exist in this form.

A website claims that “The Rail-Trail Council of NEPA is currently working on restoring the trail”. As a result, this is a trail with questionable records. It still exists in Alltrails but hikers have also left reviews that it is just a terrible trail with no maintenance.

You should avoid changing the tags back to a foot path until sorting every above question out first. Bottom line: You cannot send people to driveways of private properties, that’s misleading.

That’s not how a building is mapped.
