Housenumber 1324 is given by county GIS but not visible on any imagery I can find; is it new or old?

are the house/garage tags swapped on these two buildings? satellite imagery is unclear

Greystone development needs to be fully mapped now that it has 3 out of 4 stages of the development complete, as well as housing Rosemount's newest city park.
