Is there now a cycle plug here?

Sustrans mapping defines this section as NCN51, joining the existing NCN51 under at the bridge to NCN11 at the Riverside Bridge.

We understand this track is now a dedicated cycle track, but it is currently shown as shared use.

If pedestrians are not using the cycle track but are expected to go on a separate pavement, this should be tagged as cycleway=track, foot=no, and there should be either a separate footway added, or sidewalk=left.

There are two gates here into what looks like it could be a gated community. Should those gates be marked access=private?

There is a separately draw-in cycleway. Therefore the road itself should not have osm.wiki/Tag:cycleway=... present.
