WIP: The two parking lots that this note sits between. There's some uncertainty on the ground as to what's going on with these (Rockwell Park is undergoing big development), seems like construction storage and/or unused parking lot. The one on top that this note doesn't touch is finished, and in fact does belong to ASCEND. Other two are unknown as of now.
