The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

There are some issues with tagging of this prison. On max zoom there are 3 icons of the same prison, whereas one of them has correct Wikipedia and Wikidata tags, but name tag says "Daugavgrivas cietums", which is another prison in Daugavpils, near railway bridge. On zoom level 16, only "Daugavgrivas cietums" stands out, which is totally incorrect
