Hi, I'm pretty sure they are, do you live in the area? 95% of the building in the western countries are square, and most of those are no exception. Unluckily the aerial imagery of this area are quite poor, otherwise you'd have easily notice that.
I'd square those as I'm still convinced they are. In case you're not sold on this, you might survey the area and report here if I'm right or wrong.

I'm pretty sure this is braemar station lodge way/258510388 and both Hilltop and Pine Cottage are located just some meters south-west of that building.
