This strip of the A-7 that is tagged as highway=trunk (as opposed to highway=motorway like most of the rest of the A-7) is the only road that connects most of these towns along the coast. However, it has been tagged as motorroad=yes, which does not seem to be accurate. On most ramps (like the one at the position of this marker), there are Autovía or restriction signs. Confusingly, on some ramps, there is an Autovía sign with restrictions.

The current tag motorroad=yes indicates that cycling is forbidden on this road. This does not seem to be the case, and bicycle routing will take complicated detours along footpaths where cycling is often not even allowed. It seems to me that the most accurate way to tag this would be to set motorroad=yes only on the individual ramps that have such restriction signs, but not on the road itself. However, I do not have the resources to research all the ramps, since I am just passing through.
