Please do not use the tag amenity=vehicle_inspection for border checkpoints (even if the border checkpoint is called "Vehicle Inspection"). According to OSM wiki, this tag is for local inspection points for vehicles for emissions testing, etc.

The cycle path at 32.65965, -117.06641 is unconnected at its north end. That means that it is useless for cycle routing. Please connect it to whatever road cyclists would use there after they exit the cycleway.

Mapillary imagery from August 2022 shows the crossing at 50.1028300, 13.7293602 as crossing=uncontrolled. If this has really changed to crossing=traffic_signals, please also add highway=traffic_signals nodes on either side, tagged with their respective traffic_signals:direction tags.

I just reloaded this intersection and JOSM and it looks correctly mapped: from the southern segment of the tertiary road, the only possible maneuver is straight on onto the secondary road, westbound, while from the northern tertiary segment the only possible manueuver is a right turn onto the secondary road northbound.

At the intersection with the secondary road, the tertiary highway seems to split into two two-lane link roads, each of which is for turning left or right specifically. Therefore, I have set a turn restriction as is normally done in these situations.

I will go ahead and restore the pubilc_transport=platform tag to these highway=bus_stop nodes that are off the road. This has already being done en masse in Poland by other mappers and often when I begin mapping some new part of PL, there are no longer any nodes with solely the highway=bus_stop tag.

To be more clear, the Osmose bugs that your tagging is generating are these kind:

“Missing public_transport tag on a public transport stop.

Specify if it is a stop (platform) or a location on the road (stop_position)".

Your geometry for pedestrian crossings violates the principle that ways are traced from center-line to center-line, and it is inconsistent with the prevalent practice in Poland.

Why are you deleting public_transport=platform tags. These are not considered unnecessary. On the contrary, the presence of highway=bus_stop but not public_transport=platform will generate an Osmose bug.

The very reason that my edit, which you partly reverted, added the platform tag was to close two of those Osmose bugs.

This changeset marked Rynek street in Strzelin as highway=living_street. Was this based on the presence of the official Polish signage for living streets? I cycled here yesterday and I can’t remember seeing anything like that, so I would expect highway=residential here.

Is there really a roundabout at 49.34922, 14.04928? Neither Bing imagery nor Mapillary imagery from 2022 still does not show a roundabout there.

Editing a town on OSM is not restricted to people who live there. Poland has high-quality aerial imagery through Geoportal, so that any mapper in Poland familiar with Polish roads, sidewalks, and footways/cycleways can make edits across the country.

If there was any edit where I incorrectly tagged a way or node, then please point that out and we can discuss it. But gatekeeping is not appropriate.
