The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

The "railway" is Pittsburgh Regional Transit's light rail. The roadway is at the same level. The tracks and road diverge on the same plane; the tracks and road are not above nor beneath each other.

Stop and shelter are reasonably lit by lights in McDonalds parking lot however stop does not have it's own dedicated lamp and is between street lights.

Pictures taken at se corner north at federal. North is not a divided road as mapped, there is a slight concrete lane separator but it is a traffic control device within the street. This is causing weird issues in the map, like depicting 2 crosswalks to cross the street rather than the single 1 irl
